The quote tool
The quote tool gathers gender, date of birth, self-assessed wellness status, tobacco consumption, benefit amount, and policy duration. Inputs go to the carriers' rating engine for pricing and don't get kept by us. Viewing rates doesn't need identification, names, phone numbers, or email. Identical requests within a brief window may come from a transient store instead of recontacting the rating system.
Applying
Should you choose to apply, your provided information fills in the application form, which you then complete using the carriers' secure platform with its own privacy policy. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed insurance firm (License 0B75129), coordinates applications.
The contact form
Our contact form requests your name, email address, an optional phone number, your communication choice, the subject of your message, and your inquiry. The agency gets the submission via email; your email address serves as our reply recipient. This website retains no records of messages, maintains no submission tracking, and doesn't store message specifics. An ephemeral protective check operates within your browser before transmission occurs.
Measurement
We track views without cookies or other stored markers using a first-party measurement service housed on our servers. Your IP address gets shortened before storage, the search parameters from referring links are stripped out, and raw data disappears within ninety days. Readers with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled aren't tracked.
What we do not do
Neither your details nor visitor records are offered to external parties. We don't engage third-party tracking software. The application page is the sole place loading external JavaScript—from the application service itself—and only when you navigate there.
